Portfolio · AI product and program leadership

I lead AI from idea to revenue.

Nineteen years of closing enterprise deals and building partner networks, now joined to hands-on AI product development. I set the strategy, direct teams of people and AI agents, and ship software, research and media that people use.

What I bring

Four disciplines, one operator.

Most teams hire these separately and spend a year getting them to talk. I bring them already connected.

I

AI product development

From prompt to production.

  • Multi-model systems that route and ensemble Claude, Gemini and DeepSeek, with bring-your-own keys.
  • Answers grounded in source text with citations, quotas, and safety routing that sends crisis language to people, not a model.
  • Data pipelines from SEC EDGAR, Nasdaq and market feeds, refreshed on a schedule at the edge.
  • Local models through Ollama when cost or privacy calls for it.
II

Program and delivery leadership

I run AI agents the way a PM runs a team.

  • Parallel workstreams of AI coding agents, each with a written brief, a scope and a definition of done.
  • Built Cli Griderator, the desktop control room I use to supervise up to twenty agents at once.
  • Every release goes preview, test suites, diff against production, then promote, with a rollback id on file.
  • Honest status: when a backtest is weak or a feature is fake, it gets said and fixed, not dressed up.
III

Strategy and business acumen

Nineteen years of owning a number.

  • Top 5% nationally for eleven straight years; partner deals with JPMorgan Chase, Huntington Bank and Apple.
  • Enterprise and sovereign buyers, from the University of Pennsylvania to the Government of Mexico.
  • MBA, with a Doctor of Business Administration in progress; author of a twelve-course MBA curriculum.
  • Products priced, positioned and explained for real users: traders, investors, readers, players.
IV

Creative direction

Taste is a competitive advantage.

  • Art-directed a museum collection of brass instruments that gives every page its own object.
  • Designed a WebGL armillary sphere as the home page, with a graceful fallback for every device.
  • Seven books, a YouTube channel, and browser games with real economic models inside them.
  • One coherent brand system across a 180-page site: palette, type, motion and voice.

Selected work

Shipped, live, and yours to click.

Every project below is running in public. Strategy, specs, design and delivery are mine; the code was built with AI agents under my direction.

The Conatus Scanner table ranking companies by score, with ROIC, revenue per share, share count and free-cash-flow yield columns.

01Data product · Live

Conatus Scanner

Every US-listed company, read by its causes instead of its price.

  • A pipeline from SEC EDGAR XBRL filings and Nasdaq feeds that scores 3,910 companies on five causes of durable growth.
  • Refreshes itself every morning at the edge, with live quotes, presets, a watchlist, push alerts and a changes feed.
  • A point-in-time backtest published with its limits stated plainly, because trust is part of the product.

Outcome Live and free, refreshed daily without anyone touching it.

02Desktop software · Release coming

Cli Griderator

The control room for running a team of AI coding agents.

  • Up to twenty terminals in one window, each on a persistent session that survives restarts.
  • Attention alerts find the agent that needs a decision; a scriptable CLI lets agents and scripts drive the grid.
  • Measured, not guessed: twenty panes used 92.6% less RAM than twenty Kitty windows on the same machine.

Outcome My daily driver for supervising parallel AI work. Linux, macOS and Windows installers are next.

03Fintech web app · Live

PropGuard

A risk desk for prop-firm traders, rebuilt for commercial readiness.

  • Audited the app and found dashboard metrics that were simulated. Replaced them with a real survival engine.
  • Added real sign-in, rate-limited AI endpoints, and a multi-model analyzer that ensembles Claude, Gemini and DeepSeek.
  • Merged two half-products into one: 25 routes became 13, every one of them working.

Outcome A shipped, legally framed product with terms, privacy and risk disclosures.

kuttystauder.com

A 180-page library, lab and storefront that I designed, wrote and run.

  • A custom static site generator with a full-text concordance, reading paths, RSS and an AI conversation partner.
  • A WebGL armillary sphere on the home page, with zero runtime dependencies and a fallback for every device.
  • Served from Cloudflare’s edge with serverless functions for chat, live market data and alerts.

Outcome The proof of work for everything on this page, and it is live right now.

How I ship

AI writes the code. Judgment ships it.

Agents are fast and confidently wrong. The leverage is in the system around them: clear briefs, hard gates and a way back.

  1. 01

    Frame

Name the user, the job and the number that proves it worked.

  2. 02

    Spec

Write the brief an agent or engineer can build from without guessing.

  3. 03

    Orchestrate

Split the work across AI agents and people, in parallel where it is safe.

  4. 04

    Verify

Test suites, real browsers at phone and desktop widths, and a diff against production.

  5. 05

    Launch

Preview first, then promote, with the rollback written down before it is needed.

  6. 06

    Measure

Read what users do, say what failed, and feed it into the next brief.
