The Software is provided free of charge. This License is a grant of permission
to use it. It is not a sale, and it does not transfer any copyright, trademark,
or other intellectual property right.

1. Grant

Subject to this License, you may download the official installer, install the
Software on computers you own or control, and use it for any lawful personal
or commercial purpose, without paying a fee. You may keep one private backup
of the installer you downloaded from the official site.

2. Ownership

The Software, including its source code, documentation, names, icons, and
artwork, remains the exclusive property of Kutty Stauder / Konatus Research
Group. "Cli Griderator", "Griderator", "Kutty Stauder", and "Konatus" are
marks of the owner.

3. Restrictions

Except as this License expressly allows, or as a law of your jurisdiction
makes a restriction unenforceable, you may not:

  a. copy, publish, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the Software or any
     substantial part of its source code;
  b. modify the Software, or create a derivative work from it, for
     distribution or public use;
  c. remove or alter copyright, trademark, or attribution notices;
  d. use the names or marks above to suggest endorsement, or to market a
     competing product;
  e. redistribute the Software except by linking to the official download

4. Official copies

Only copies obtained from https://kuttystauder.com/development/ or another
location the owner names in writing are licensed copies. A copy obtained
elsewhere is unlicensed unless the owner says otherwise in writing.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,

This License ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must
stop using the Software and destroy copies in your possession, except copies

This License is the entire agreement concerning the Software. Permissions
beyond it require the owner's prior written consent.
